The agreement that governs your use of NumProof. NumProof verifies arithmetic and structural consistency only — source data and business assumptions remain your responsibility.
NumProof is a deterministic numeric-verification service. It returns VERIFY / REFUTE / ABSTAIN verdicts on numeric claims and produces signed audit, diff, and covenant bundles that anyone can re-check offline. By creating a key, sending a request, or otherwise using NumProof, you agree to these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any verdict will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumProof and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the claim, or USD 100.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service, with notice where practicable.
Paid usage is metered in credits, purchased via USDC top-ups on Base or paid per call via x402 where configured. Pricing and credit costs are published on the pricing page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction — to be finalized], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
